Learn How Our Construction Company Started

Diego Tarara decided to visit his uncle Carl Caltagerone in the US in 1967. He hadn’t left Aragona with the intention of leaving permanently. He had no idea that he’d meet his true love, Antoinette during his visit and eventually go on to fulfill his dream of getting into the construction business.

Diego decided to move to the US for Antoinette and married he in 1969. In December of that year, Diego received an offer to partner with with Tony Staciones in A.A. Construction. He considered this opportunity to be the chance of a lifetime as he always wanted to work in the construction business.

Tony took Diego under his wing and even allowed him to run the business on his own. Diego’s brother Peter joined the company soon after Diego decided to stay in the US. Peter Tarara went on to became a partner in the company in 1986. In 2002 Sal, son of Peter Tarara and Anthony son of Diego Tarara bought into the company. They help in the day to day operations today.

The team at A A Construction continue to work hard to expand the business in Rockford and the surrounding communities. Owing to their hard work and inclination to explore new business opportunities, our company will continue to operate throughout the year to meet the expectations of a growing market place.
